Sevashram feels the sorrows and sufferings of the people living in lowest strata of the society. On humanitarian ground, Sevashram is implementing some programmed to alleviate the sorrows and sufferings of them and to promote their qualitative growth. The main objectives are as follows:

Orphan Girls Home


Aged persons at Sevashram

• To help the needy students and villagers
• To mitigate sorrows and suffering of vulnerable people and the aged.
• To render free service to the poor as and when required.

The following are the programmes:

• Destitute / orphan girls' Home (Govt. of W.B.) and Sarbanimata Balika Allay 6 to 10 years age group girls are admitted here and provided facilities of education and vocational training.
• Durga-Ma Pathagar.
• Relief & welfare works. The elderly persons and children are provided with the facilities of cloths, food, winter garments, medicine treatment, school supplies, etc.
